Expert Advice - Your personal wellness coach helps you learn what to do, how to become self-motivated and how to fit lifestyle changes into your life. A personal plan is designed for you to keep you on track each week.
Convenient - Develop a schedule that works for you. You meet with your wellness coach once a week for an in-depth phone consultation. You keep an activity record which is emailed to your coach prior to your weekly phone consultation. Your coach is also available for quick questions via email or phone.
Process Oriented - Your program is very focused and based on your personal goals. You will learn how to integrate body-mind fitness into your life to achieve balance, reduce fatigue, and minimize stress. Adopting a healthy lifestyle is not about endless exercise and dieting, but about enjoyable activity, rest, balance, and fun.
Holistic Approach - There are three components to wellness: nutrition, physical activity, and stress management. By accessing and balancing these, the client achieves wellness. Wellnes is freedom from mental or physical sickness or pain and is achieved and maintained through lifestyle habits and choices.
